Roberts Creek Provincial Park to Saltery Bay Provincial Park Professional Review and Guide
"The Sunshine Coast is justifiably renowned for its beautiful scenery. The rocky inlets, secluded coves, and sheltered beaches are a photographer’s dream. Unfortunately, most of this loveliness is hidden from the average cyclist. The majority of the coastal area is privately owned and the coves, inlets, and beaches are accessed only by boat, leaving little reason to linger while heading up the coast.
Narrow, winding roads and a series of long, steep hills provide challenging riding north of Roberts Creek Provincial Park. The scenery varies from enjoyable on the forest-lined road to good at the very occasional viewpoints over Malaspina Strait, where you may catch tantalizing glimpses of little rocky islands and harbors."
