This pleasant forested hike leads you through a variety of vegetation and offers views of Lake Revelstoke and the City of Revelstoke. You’re unlikely to see another hiker on this peaceful walk in the woods—and for good reason. While the variety of vegetation in itself is interesting, the Lindmark Trail lacks the beautiful alpine vistas of other hikes in the area. It’s also not well maintained—undoubtedly because the other, more popular trails take priority with the trail crew. We found ourselves climbing over countless downed trees as we hustled to complete this seemingly never-ending trail. But if you’re looking for a cool, shady walk on a sweltering day, this hike may be an option.
