This short but incredibly steep hike offers fantastic views of Mount Tupper, the Swiss Glacier, Tupper Glacier, the Hermit, and Rogers Peak. This trail is a natural stairmaster; you’ll gain 750 meters of elevation in just 2.8 kilometers. But on a clear-blue day, the scenery from the top, as well as from several viewpoints along the way, more than compensates for the strenuous climb. If it’s cloudy or foggy, skip this hike; you’ll miss all the prime views.
