Ideal for an after-dinner stroll, this trail offers views of the Columbia Valley. Perfect for an after-dinner stroll, the Redstreak Campground Loop climbs steadily through a dry forest dominated by Douglas fir to a viewpoint overlooking the Columbia Valley at 900 meters. Mountain goldenrod, red clover, and fleabane provide a burst of color along the way. On your way to the viewpoint, bear right at all forks in the trail. The rest of the loop descends 1.3 kilometers through a cool, shady forest to the campground.
