At 440 meters, Della Falls is one of the ten largest falls in the world. Access this hike at the west end of Great Central Lake by first renting or chartering a boat and then making your way to the B.C. Parks trailhead. The relatively gentle railway grade follows Drinkwater Creek through deciduous and coniferous forests to a series of stunning waterfalls located in Strathcona Park. The peaks of Big Interior Mountain (1,806 meters), Mount Septimus (1,950 meters), and Nine Peaks (1,842 meters) provide a spectacular addition to the scenery.
