This trail is located in the city of North Vancouver at the north end of Riverside Drive. The Seymour Demonstration Forest is one of the areas of mountain biking dispute in the North Vancouver area. There seem to be many different ideas about which trails are actually open to riders. This is the only officially sanctioned trail in the Demonstration Forest, and it offers a fast, wide track for those lazy days where you would rather roll than pedal. It is a pleasant, 6.43 km (3.86 miles) loop with gravel road and doubletrack for most of it. A short stretch of singletrack with a short hike-a-bike adds a little technical challenge.
