The stream that flows through this regional park rises at the south end of Langley Township and pursues a gentle course westwards, running roughly parallel with the Canada-U.S. border except for one hairpin-like swing to the north followed by a return to its original direction. Thereafter it ends uneventfully in Semiahmoo Bay, just south of White Rock. On its jig northwards, it is crossed by 16th Avenue (North Bluff Road), which you reach from Highway 1 by turning south on Highway 15 at Exit 53 (or on 200th Street at Exit 58). A little east of 200th Street the road drops into its valley, with the park’s north entrance and parking area on the right. From here you have several choices, ranging from a short walk on the valley floor to a half-day circuit of the whole park using Shaggy Mane Trail, open to both hikers and horseback riders.
