Myra Canyon Trail Professional Review and Guide
"This is one of the most popular hikes in the Kelowna area. It’s a social outing rich in history and scenic splendor. There’ll be plenty of other dogs with their owners waiting to share the trail with you. This trail is admired by bicyclists, too, but not the mad bombers. It’s mostly families putting along, gasping at the scenery. Early and late season are good times to visit if your pup is a little shy. It’s advisable to keep him on a leash, even if he is well-behaved around other people, because the trestles are hazardous, especially for smaller dogs. Prepare for one of the supreme hikes of the Okanagan Highlands."

Myra Canyon is a great walk, very flat and wide path with good views. No need to don the hiking gear, it is a gentile walk or you could run it like the locals. Also a very good bike ride and that way you can cover more distance.
