The complete Skyline Trail links Skagit Valley Provincial Park with Manning Provincial Park. However, the complete hike is a long day; then there is the time required for a vehicle shuttle. It is a grand hike from either end. The west end allows views across the lower Skagit Valley and Ross Lake to the boundary country from Mount Challenger, past Devil’s Tongue, all the way up to Silvertip Mountain. This is a B.C. Parks trail, so the grades are mild and the tread is wide.
