This pleasant walk in the woods circles Linda Lake and skirts Morning Glory Lakes and offers prime views of Cathedral Mountain, Mount Odaray, and the Odaray Glacier. This quiet, relatively easy walk in the woods is perfect if you’re seeking a bit of solitude. We encountered very few hikers on this trail—probably because we chose to complete it in the opposite direction that most follow. If you ask the Lake O’Hara bus driver politely, he will drop you off just shy of the Lake O’Hara Campground on the west side of the Lake O’Hara Fire Road. From there you’ll head west toward Linda Lake, then southeast to Morning Glory Lakes via the Linda Lakes Beeline Trail, before ending at Le Relais via the Lower Morning Glory/Alpine Meadows Trail.
