This trail skirts Schaffer Lake and offers fantastic views of Mount Odaray, Mount Schaffer, Lake McArthur, and the Big Larch Forest. At 84 meters, Lake McArthur is the deepest lake in Yoho National Park. Framed by Park Mountain, Mount Biddle, Mount Schaffer, and the Biddle Glacier, this ice-blue lake is also one of the most beautiful.
