For riders looking for spectacular views, this ride is difficult to beat. The 10.93-mile loop spends a misleading amount of time rolling along wide fire roads before suddenly emerging along the edge of a ravine that seems virtually bottomless. The sudden appearance of the canyon can terrify the most experienced rider, but once you regain your composure, the view is absolutely fabulous. Far beneath you, the tiny channel of Canyon Creek seems lost in this immense chasm. The trail winds along the sheer drop of Canyon Creek Canyon for more than 1.2 miles before dropping down an expert singletrack back to your car. Wow! The view along the canyon edge must be seen to be appreciated. If you're not comfortable riding along the edge of a sheer cliff, save this ride until you are!
