This trail is located in Pinecont-Burke Provincial Park. It's no place for sissies, but it isn't as dire as some of the other expert rides on the coast. It is a 19 km (11.4 miles) loop ride that takes advantage of 7.2 km (4.3 miles) of public roads to create the loop. Much of the ride is beginner level with the exception of 3 km (1.8 miles) between the junction with the Woodland Walk Trail and the crossing of the Coquitlam River that are challenging. The combination makes this a nice trail for days when you want to have a hard ride but also want to catch your breath and have a good time. It mixes some difficult technical riding with some pleasant, scenic, riverside rolling.
