Mount Bowman, because of its location near several guest ranches, is by far the most popular of the Marble Range hikes. The first few kilometres, in which there are a number of branch trails, can be a bit confusing, but after this the route is straightforward. There are caves near the summit and great views to the Coast Range and the Cayoosh Mountains due west. Mission Ridge and the Camelsfoot Range lie to the southwest.
