Figure Eight Walk Professional Review and Guide
"This short but very pretty walk is ideal for young families who wish to experience the parkland beauty of the Kootenay Plains.
Follow the broad, well-used trail as it leads down from the Siffleur Falls Staging Area parking lot to the suspension bridge across the North Saskatchewan River. Do not cross the bridge. Continue past the bridge along the footpath that cuts through the sandy soil as it follows the bend in the river. Low-lying junipers, spruce trees and, in early spring, yellow butter-and-eggs flowers sprinkle the landscape."
