Nihahi Ridge measures 9.5 km from end to end. More remarkable than its length is its character, described by Dr. George back in the 1880s as "remarkably straight and rampart-like", another example of where the McConnell Fault has pushed older limestone over the top of younger sandstones. An interesting and exceedingly popular scramble that gets you to the southernmost summit of Nihahi at GR482303. Go as far as you feel comfortable.
