Despite the substantial height gain, this is not a hard walk to a staggeringly beautiful bit of alpine country. Strangely, the cartographers have covered it all in green. With a 2 km hiatus in the trail at the apex still, after 10 years of ongoing negotiations with Fish & Wildlife, you'll need to do a little easy routefinding.
