This walk follows the scenic northwest shore of Lake Louise. You may see avalanches falling from the hanging glaciers high up on Lefroy and Victoria, especially on hot days in early summer. The views of the richly coloured waters with the great glaciated summits of Mounts Lefroy and Aberdeen make the walk along Lake Louise one of the most popular trails in Banff Park and one of the most scenic trails anywhere.
