This rocky ridge (highest point GR211417) looks red from the highway. Not a good sign, you think, and sure enough it has a rotten section in the middle. Don't let this deter you. The rest is great walking, rather rough in places with optional scrambling, but neither narrow nor exposed. If combining with Sparrowhawk Tarns (#68), expect steep scree and a smidgen of exposure.
