This trail is a favorite of locals because of its endless views and pleasant demeanor. Along this 2.81-mile point-to-point, you are treated to some of the best views of the many peaks of the Bow Valley. Along the way, the ride passes Quarry Lake, one of Canmore's most popular summer hangouts. What more could you possibly want from a beginner ride. Bring the kids ... and don't forget to pack your swimsuit. While rolling along the reservoir, you'll have a view in all directions. To the east, the reservoir reflects the peaks of the Fairholme Range, while Mount Rundle and Ha Ling Peak own the western sky. A dip at quarry Lake makes for a great finish.
