A flat stroll along the banks of the Bow River between Bow Valley campground and Whitefish day-use area. As you might expect there are numerous connections to campsites along the way. You will arrive at the Whitefish day-use area parking lot which offers the best view of the whole trail of Yamnuska and Goat Mountain. In spring, the grassy bank is popular with Canada geese who nest on three islands in the Bow River.
