While this 0.84-mile point-to-point is rarely a destination in itself, it forms an important link between the Banff Springs Hotel and two of the main sightseeing destinations in the Banff town site area - the Upper Hot Springs Pool and the Sulphur Mountain Gondola. Rare is the ride with a naturally heated hot spring at its terminus. After riding the Spray Loop or the Goat Creek Trail, riders may wish to finish with a relaxing soak. After taking in the pool, it's a quick downhill roll back to the Banff Springs Hotel.
