"In this clip we're going to go over commands used in the climbing gym. These formal commands insure that the climber and the belayer are clipped in properly and ready to go. The climber never leaves the ground until all these commands are gone through. So, the climber always starts by saying; on belay?, belay on. Climbing. Climb on. Once the climber has completed the climb and reached the top there are commands before the climber is lowered down to the ground; Take., Descend."
