"In this clip we're going to go over proper climber safety. So here's how the climber, before leaving the ground, is going to clip in and insure that they are clipped in properly. So, the first thing you want to do is unclip your carabiners from each other. Before we even clip our carabiner to our climber's harness we're going to make sure that their harness at their waist and on both leg loops is properly doubled back. OK, Caitlin's fine. Once we do that we're going to take this carabiner, we're going to open it up and we are going to clip it right here where it says "tie in here". We clip it in. We need to make sure when we close this carabiner that it snaps itself shut and now Caitlin is ready to climb. However, she does not leave the ground until I'm clipped in and we go over our commands."
