Transcript for: How to Use Slack Lines in Indoor Rock Climbing

"In this segment we are going to go over slack lining. Slack lining is just something fun that climbers use for balance training, just body awareness training. It transfers well to rock climbing, even though you are not using climbing specific muscles maybe. It does strengthen your core, your abs and your obliques. And it's just a fun thing to do between climbs. Rock climbing is so hard on your fingers and your forearms. You can't climb for hours at a time so between climbs we like to do silly stuff like this and again it does help you climb with your body awareness. Takes some concentration, walking backwards now."
