"So bike combining to our more advance techniques like bunny hops and weight shifts and knowing when to properly brake we could take sections of trials that otherwise would be very rough and make them a lot smoother. So the way that I just went through the trail is that I just simply hopped before I got the the root, turn a little bit in the air, cause I was look forward, keep my weight nice and low cause so when I got back on the ground I could just push the bike down onto the ground can keep going. Let me show you what it would look like if I had a unweighted and bounce with the section with the same speed. It would not be as near as much control. So instead I hit the first root, my front wheel gets bucked off the ground and it pulls me up the hill so instead of going right and down the hill, I'm going left and up the hill and I have to cautiously put my front wheel back on the ground after I have been bucked off and reorientated my self. Now of course if I was running a bike that had fancy suspension on it like most bikes these days you know you can run over roots with a little bit more impunity but at the same time the same fundamental riding techniques apply which is if you can avoid it by unweighted it and using your skills go ahead and do it."
