Transcript for: How to Top Out when Indoor Rock Climbing

"In this segment we are going to show how to properly top out. Now topping out is, in the gym you will encounter a lot of free standing boulders. Formations where you're not just going to drop down from the top but you are literally going to climb up and over onto the top. Now as Caitlin approaches the top of the boulder she gets her feet up, matches her hand, puts her foot where her hand is, gets her weight over her feet and presses out onto the top of the boulder. Now she's on top and she will climb down."
