Broken handle
I bought this bag at Seattle REI about a month ago. I spent a lot of time with the sales associate because I really need a heavy duty bag that is going to hold up. I live overseas and travel frequently to conflict zones and, while guarantees are nice, I want something that is not going to break. If it does, I can't return it. I have two Timbuk2 computer bags and I like them because they are tough, so I went ahead and spent more than I wanted to and bought this wheeled bag. After its first trip as checked baggage, I grabbed it off the belt to find the handle had jammed inside it and won't release. Multiple people have tried to release it (I know how to push the button -- thanks, though), but it's stuck. Do you know how useless a rolling bag is without its handle? I'm pretty irate about this. Now I have to find someone to take it back to the US and return it for me, order a new one (from a different maker, for sure) and find someone to bring it to me.I appreciate a nice money-back guarantee, but I wish things wouldn't break in the first place. I can't recommend this bag.
