A deposit in the amount of the first night's stay is required to reserve any and all our accommodations. This amount is due when booking a reservation and the balance is due upon check-in.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be cancelled at least seven 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date or the entire deposit amount will be lost regardless of the reason for cancelling. There is a 15 USD service charge on all cancelled reservations.
