Mount Shasta Loop Drive - Mount Shasta California Off-Road Trails

Forest roads circle base of volcanic Mt. Shasta and connect to hiking trails at lower elevations. Permit required to hike above 10,000 ft. Best views descending from Military Pass. Drive on a clear day. Well graded but don’t drive when wet or snowy.
