Corral Pass - Greenwater Washington Cross Country Ski Trails

Here’s a tour for the entire snow season—be it late fall, midwinter, or early spring. And don’t limit your explorations of the Corral Pass environs to day-use only; the tent sites here are notably scenic. Corral Pass Road starts at 2,700 feet and climbs, and climbs, and then climbs some more, gaining 3,000 feet in just 4 1/2 miles. No matter how fast you start at the bottom, your momentum will slow before you reach the top. Carry a lot of water and energy food, and pace yourself; the goal is worth the effort. Avalanche potential: low
