Driving up Hillcrest Road, with Roxy Ann Peak rising immediately above, it’s hard to figure how a 1.5-mile trail and loop road could fit unto such a tiny area. When you get on the trail and look up at the peak, however, it suddenly looks very, very big. Highlight: This hike climbs the brushy little dome-shaped mountain that rises directly behind the city of Medford.

Went up the easy trail. Took a couple hrs with several breaks. Watch for ticks, poison oak\ivy and rattle snakes.
