Linton Lake Trail - McKenzie Bridge Oregon Hikes

A day hike to Linton Lake in the Three Sisters Wilderness. The hike follows the Linton Lake Trail through Douglas-fir forest, crossing White Branch Creek and then a low ridge. As you near the lake, you’ll hear the unmistakable sound of Linton Falls, which is above the lake to the east. The lake itself is scenic, and the pleasant walk through the quiet forest is more than worthwhile. Permit required for day and overnight hikes; self issue at trailhead.
