Hickory Run State Park - Tannery Pennsylvania Hikes

This long hike through Hickory Run State Park is a double loop and takes you to the two major attractions of this large park. First you visit Hawk Falls, a lovely waterfall in a hemlock and rhododendron ravine, and then remarkable Boulder Field, a reminder of the last ice age 20,000 years ago and the best example of a boulder field in the eastern United States. Interesting features: Boulder field, Hawk Falls. Surface: Rocky woods trails, old roads.
