Merck Forest and Farmland Center - Rutland Vermont Hikes

Southwestern Vermont, about midway between Bennington and Rutland. Day hikes or family backpacks through a community-supported environmental education center. Special attractions: Wildlife, views, wagon rides, farm animals, overnight shelters, and an old-fashioned swimming hole.
