This is a loop trail through ravines and over logging roads with its closing stretch along the Mississinewa River. It might seem that the name Frances Slocum is on everything around here—a bank, a cemetery, a road, a state recreation area, and the state forest in which this hike is located. Special Attractions: deep ravines, a pine forest, and the River.
