The Oregon Coastline is a rugged and beautiful area of spray-covered cliffs, sandy beaches scattered with driftwood logs, and brilliant evergreen forests. The Oregon coast is so popular with bicyclists that the Oregon Department of Transportation has designated an official bike route. Communities along the way tend to be bicycle-friendly, and the numerous state parks reserve special campsites to accommodate bicyclists. Details are for second longest option of the three. Bike maps are available from Bicycle Program Manager. Terrain: mostly flat with a few big hills.
