Old San Pedro Mountain Road / North Peak - Half Moon Bay California Mountain Bike Trails

Awesome views and a wild downhill makes this one of the most popular rides in the area. The top of North Peak (1,898') offers a 360 degree panoramic view of the entire Bay Area. On clear days, you can see as far north as Point Reyes and Napa County, as far south as Santa Cruz, and as far east as the Sierras hiding behind Mount Diablo. To the west, the Farallon Islands are the only land mass interrupting the Pacific Ocean.
