The Orange County Ramble will let you relax and enjoy your ride with few turns. The ride begins in the small town of Carrboro with its mainly residential streets. Major improvements along Greensboro Street provide ample room for cyclists even at the busiest times. You’ll quickly leave the town behind. Then the long, peaceful stretches of road wind through dairy country—hence the name Dairyland Road for one of the longest segments. This route is popular with local cyclists, especially on weekends, so be prepared for some friendly waves.
