Point Reyes National Seashore: Bear Valley to Arch Rock - Inverness California Hikes

Departing from the Bear Valley Visitor Center, a nearly level fire road ushers you through woods, a meadow, and coastal grassland. At a bluff called Arch Rock, the turnaround point, there are beautiful views of the ocean and shoreline. The hike returns on the same route, although more ambitious hikers can opt for a loop to the top of Mount Wittenberg.
