- How do I stop my account from automatically renewing?
To keep your susbcription from automatically renewing, login, visit My Account, and select "Disable Auto-Renew." If this link is not available, then your account is not set up with auto-renew.
- How can I update my credit card information?
To update your credit card information, login, visit My Account, and select "Change Your Credit Card Information."
- When is my subscription renewed, or when does it expire?
To find out when your subscription will renew or expire, simply login, then visit My Account. The expiration or renewal date will be displayed.
- Can't find your answer?

- When I try to subscribe, it says "User already exists." How do I start a subscription?
This error message means that you are already registered with Trails.com. To purchase a subscription, simply go to the order subscription page.
- What is my password?

- How do I stop my subscription from renewing automatically?
To stop your subscription from auto-renewing, login, visit My Account, and select "Disable Auto-Renew Payments" Note - this will not refund your account, but will expire your subscription at the end of your subscription period.
