Great for a petiete person!
this vest is teh most comfortable I tried the day I purchases, and it was perfect for canoeing. I was able to move with ease, there was no restriction from teh vest. I am a small adult and had a very hard time findign something that I could move easily in, this vest was perfect!

According to the size guide for this jacket, i was on the bubble between the extra small/small size and medium/large size but slightly closer to the med/lg, which is the one i ordered.
