Exactly What I Needed
My calves were getting really tight during runs, no amount of stretching was helping. Once I started using the stick before and after runs, I had zero problems with tight calves. I would really recommend trying the stick, it helped me immediately and took care of my problem completely.

Should last forever
I'm training for my first marathon and my calves have really been tight and sore and a regular foam roller is hard to use on the calves. Despite the almsot $30 price tag I'm loving The Stick for working on my calves after a run or when they are sore. I take it with me any time I'm leaving town and it "almost" fits in my sports bag. Right now I wouldn't be without it.

Great that It's Portable
Son's trainer recommended it for use during breaks at tennis camp and matches to help with recovery. It's small enough to fit into his tennis bag and seems to be durable. It's a great tool!

Worth Every Penny

welcome relief from sore muscles
I purchased the stick after reading some positive reviews on a weightlifting forum and my primary use is to relief sore muscles in my legs. I don't like the foam roller because I find it difficult to relax my legs while balancing on the roller. With the stick I like to sit on the end of a chair and relax my leg, then I just roll up and down the quads/it-band/hams/calves. I've noticed a reduction in muscle soreness and a small increase
