Bought these pants for snowshoeing and xcountry skiing - they are just what I was looking for - comfortable, not bulky or swishy sounding. When I first put them on I was worried that they would not be warm enough but with my base layer they are perfect - really glad I made this purchase

warm pants worn mainly for walking around a cold place (Granada, Spain). great after alterations, which I did myself, otherwise, add $30 to the price for lack of correspondence to the usual female body.

I usually put on pair of stretch exercise pants before and after work to stretch, exercise, go for a walk, go to the grocery store, etc. I wanted a warmer pair for the winter so I would not have to wear long underwear when it is colder out (and in my house!). These have been perfect! They are very comfortable and flattering, can even put on a nice top and wear them out. I did wear long underwear with them for walking and hiking when it is colder than about 40 degrees, but don't need to if doing
