These cold-weather SportHill Northwind Unders undershorts have a wind-blocking front panel to take the chill off. 3SP® front panel features comfortable 4-way stretch, and it's breathable, fast drying and windproof up to 35 mph. Remaining panels are constructed with a polyester/spandex blend for ample breathability, moisture-wicking performance and stretch. The SportHill Northwind Unders underwear feature a comfortable, brushed elastic waistband. Flatlock seams offer flexibility and enhanced comfort.

Pretty good wind brief

I use this for winter running. I tend to get chafing from briefs and so tried this as an alternative. They are comfortable. The coverage in the wind panel area is good, but is a bit incomplete once you are moving. YMMV.
