I finally found the "right" slipper!
I have tried several slippers over the last 8 years and finally found the Sorel Falcon Ridge slippers to be perfect. Easy to stumble out of bed in the morning and slip right into these babys. They're very comfortable and the wide opening keeps the heat from building up. I wear them inside the house all day long.

As Good As It Gets For A Slipper
I'm very particular about how shoes fit and have been searching for a comfortable pair of slippers to wear around the house and in the yard. I thought I had found the perfect slipper with the LL Bean "Wicked Good Slipper" - comfortable but it bowed out on the sides of the foot (and a wide width was TOO wide).
