SmartWool New Friend Socks - Package of 2 - Toddlers'

Thinner and smaller than previous Smartwool children's socks I've bought. I thought I made a mistake and bought an infant size.

I purchased these socks in 2T/3T for my 17 month old son. They are very cute and we love the 12-24month Smartwool socks he received for Christmas last year. However when these socks arrived they were small than the 12-24M socks. They are also incredibly thin. Last years socks are at least twice as thick. I put the socks on his feet and they are exactly the same size as his 17Month old feet (and he is small to average size). They are actually so stretched out on his leg that you can see through them. I will be returning mine. I hope Smartwool quality has not gone down. We really love the ones bought last year.
