SmartWool New Friend Socks - Package of 2 - Toddler Girls'

Thinner and smaller than previous Smartwool children's socks I've bought. I thought I made a mistake and bought an infant size.

I purchased these socks in 2T/3T for my 17 month old daughter. They are very cute and we love the 12-24month Smartwool socks she received for Christmas last year. However when these socks arrived they were smaller than the 12-24M socks. They are also incredibly thin. Last years socks are at least twice as thick. I put the socks on her feet and they are exactly the same size as her 17Month old feet (and he is small size (10th percentile on charts). They are actually so stretched out on her leg that you can see through them. I will be returning mine. I hope Smartwool quality has not gone down. We really love the ones bought last year.(Yes, you will see this review on the boys and girls socks as I purchased them both for my boy/girl twins).
