Durable
I bought this durable and economical dry bag for a week-long pack trip in the Bob Marshall this summer. Our duffel went on horseback, so I was concerned that it might not stand up to the rough treatment that horses can (and DID) subject gear to. It's a bit dirtier now, but worked to keep its contents clean and dry, and I expect to get much more use out of it.I especially liked how easy it was to burp and compress down tight, and that it stayed tight until it was opened. I do have other dry bags of various styles and materials. I don't think you can do better for the price. Note that it is not rated for immersion.

Excellent Dry Sack
I bought this bag to use as our bear bag for a 5 day trip on the Superior Hiking Trail in MN. I knew I would need something big, strong, and waterproof to hold enough food for 3 hungry guys during our adventure. First off I should say that we definitely brought more food than we actually needed (about 35lbs maybe more) so I was initially worried that it wouldn't hold up against all the weight. im a flight attendant. the cabin cleaners took my uniform jacket and north face jacket I only wore 2 times. so I bought this so they wouldn't take my stuff...put crew tag on this bag so wouldn't get stolen. also...I have metal hip and scoliosis post many surgeries. this works gr8 on 4 hr sits btwn flights in crew lounge/napping. I fill with air and use as pillow btwn my legs to avoid hip pain...also works as gr8 back pillow. enuf air stays inside with my north face jacket and uniform jackets inside for pillow. love this product. packs small in my carry on tote bag. also use when raining/keeps my lunch cooler dry while walking to hotel van for pick up...love my dry sack :)

Not Real Durable
The bag is lightweight but didn't hold up well. Granted, I overfilled it, but it very easily ripped just below the band at the mouth while trying to fold it shut. I was quite surprised, actually at how easily it ripped. I'm going to give the heartier-looking SealLine bag a try.

great dry sack!
I took this bag kayaking the other day and it was submerged a lot, sometimes for extended periods of time. My dry clothes, phone, and other stuff was in there. I was at the point that I was just hoping my phone still worked and when I opened it up everything was completely dry. Not a drop of water. I was very pleasantly surprised, I know this is a dry bag, but I thought what I was doing to it was really pushing it for waterproofness. Awesome.
