Comfortable walker
I purchased these for wearing every day for a Europe trip. I haven't gone yet, but my two four mile prep walks have both been great. Very lightweight and comfortable out of the box.

Great approach shoe
I've used these approach shoes as they are... approach shoes. They have great traction and are comfortable enough for a 'fun' approach. I tried the Women's La Sportiva Boulder X shoes and these were much more comfortableBiggest downside is the tongue slides to the side when I wear them, despite having the laces go through the tongue-holder-loop-thingy. But, worth the hassle for the traction.

I love my Scarpa's
These shoes have been great for hiking. I was previously just wearing my Brooks Cascadias, but they weren't cutting it for the hiking descents. My big toes were in pain by the end of my hikes so I bought the Scarpa Crux and they have been great. Great traction, great fit and comfortable all around.[Rev

Awesome shoes!
I wore these shoes brand new, straight out of the box, to climb Granite Peak (Montana's highest peak). I didn't get a single blister and they performed superbly on the long, boulder-hopping and scree approach, as well as on steeper terrain (class 4 climbing). They're also great for mountain biking because of the stiffer sole.

Love my Scarpas!
Good comfortable approach shoes, not to mention, pretty dang stylish! I would go into REI and see these shoes and pass on purchasing them, and finally after about 4 or 5 visits, I finally got them and I am happy I did!
